My name is Skyye Moore (I also go by Kowboy'zgurl because I love to involve my husband). I am a professional digital artist and a learning traditional artist. I first started acrylic painting in 2022 when my husband encouraged me to pick up a paint brush for the first time. I did not think I could actually paint with real paint, but my husband believed in me (he was my boyfriend at the time). I have been painting with a paint brush and real paint now, and have since moved to using oils instead of acrylics as I love the slow drying time and smooth transitions when blending. I have been painting and drawing since I can remember. I first wanted to start trying to be an artist when I saw my dad's friend "Peewee's" art in his binder book, it was a really cool graffiti type of artwork that I would often get frustrated at not being good at drawing because I would try to reference his art. I was only 8 or 9 I believe at the time. I have been drawing ever since then though (I lived in Oregon at this time of my life). I am born and raised in Kansas City, MO, but I now live in South Carolina, where I continue to try and grow and build a community of people who know me for my artwork.
